This was our first year vending at the Bite of Bozeman and we had a fun time. We served over 425 cannoli in 3 hours along with Italian sodas and water. It will be interesting to see how many we can do next year!

24-28 savoiardi, ladyfingers*
1 c warm espresso (3 tsp instant espresso* in 1 c hot water)
1-2 tsp sugar, dissolved in espresso
