2-1/2 c AP Flour (sometimes I use all 00 flour or half whole wheat flour, or a cup of semolina flour)
2 T Olive Oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 c warm water
1 pkg yeast (dissolved in warm water)
Mix ingredients and knead for 5-10 minutes (longer is better). Let dough rise until doubled (oil surface and cover w/ plastic wrap) in warm area. Punch down, let rest 5 minutes and stretch or roll out.
Sometimes I let it rise and other times I use it right away, either way is works out great. If you use it right away it tends to be fluffier because it rises more in the oven.
Cook pizza according to manufactures instructions on your grill, pizza stone, Mario Batali pizza pan, etc…
