Plain Cannoli & Lavazza Cappuccino
This was our first year vending at the Bite of Bozeman and we had a fun time. We served over 425 cannoli in 3 hours along with Italian sodas and water. It will be interesting to see how many we can do next year!
Our traditional cannoli consisted of a fried pastry shell and a filling of lightly sweetened fresh ricotta with a touch of Fiori di Sicilia (orange/vanilla essence).
At All Things Italian we always have -

- Dark chocolate & pistachio shells
- Fillings vary from Vanilla to Chocolate to Fiori di Sicilia.
