This dish is excellent served with polenta.  You can easily double the recipe and have a great party dish that makes your house smell wonderful!

1/2 cup heavy cream

To make one float:
Put 1/4 c chilled limoncello in a chilled pint glass, add 2-3 scoops vanilla bean gelato, sprinkle in 1/2 c fresh raspberries, and fill with sparkling water, and enjoy an adult float
