2 c baked halibut (remember to get your fish from an experienced fishmonger, in Bozeman I recommend MT Fish Co)
8 oz mascarpone cheese*
1/4 c mayonnaise
8 oz ricotta salata cheese*
juice of 1 lemon
1 T parsley
2 green onions, chopped
hot sauce (optional)
1/4 c cooked greens, squeezed dry & chopped

In food processor combine all ingredients. Pulse for 1 minute. Serve on toasted bread, crackers or with grissini.
