1 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 garlic clove, minced
3 cups spinach
1 tsp lemon zest
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 package gnocchi*
1/4 cup Parmigiano Reggiano*

Put peas, cream, red pepper flakes, garlic, and a pinch of salt in a skillet and simmer about 5 minutes. Add spinach and cook until wilted, remove from heat and add lemon zest and juice.
Cook gnocchi for 2-3 minutes in a lot of boiling/salted water, until they float. Drain and add to sauce. Stir in cheese and add cooking water if sauce is too thick.
