We started carrying some spices and blends from the Two Spicy Ladies in Roseville, CA. Mom has been buying spices for a few years from these ladies at Farmer’s Markets when she is down visiting my brother and due to their excellent quality, variety, and freshness we asked them to pack some up for our store. It’s been fun trying out the different blends and finding unique ways to use them.
Balsamic Fish Rub
Our favorite so far is the Balsamic Fish Rub! This blend contains Balsamic Powder, Garlic, Onion, Sea salt, and Spices.
It is perfect to rub on any fish before you grill or bake. The taste is more pronounced on white fish like halibut and snapper but it works great on salmon too!
