Try this recipe out for an easy meal to make during your busy holiday season.
1 lb De Cecco Shells*
1 T good EVOO*
1.5 lb hot Italian Sausage, remove casings & crumble*
3/4 c dry White Wine*
3/4 c Heavy Cream
3 T Honeycup Mustard*
Pinch of Chili Flakes*
1 c fresh basil, sliced thin

Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente and drain well.
Meanwhile, in a skillet heat the oil and brown the sausage over medium heat. Add the wine and simmer until reduced by half. Add the cream, mustard, chili flakes and simmer for another 2 minutes. Stir in the pasta and basil.
