3 lemons
3 oranges
Mixed greens, enough for 6
1/2 tsp fresh mint, chopped
4 T good EVOO*
Sea salt & fresh ground pepper*

Wash the fruit and quarter. Place in a salad bowl. Sprinkle with mint, sea salt, and pepper. Pour olive oil over fruit and toss. Place the citrus on the lettuce leaves and serve.
