Franchi Seeds are from one of the oldest seed companies in the world, established in 1783 in Bergamo Italy. It is still run by the Franchi family today. The varieties are very prolific and taste great!
One our our favorites last summer was the purple cauliflower. Because of 
the color it wasn’t necessary to tie the leaves up around the head so you can enjoy the color throughout the growing season. The taste was very mild and the texture was great – it was nice steamed or made into a creamy soup!
This summer we are excited about growing the Fiorentino Heirloom Tomato and Butter Lettuce.
