1/2 bag le Macchiaioli Corn Pasta*
1 cup fresh salsa
1 can black beans or chickpeas*, drained
1 cup roasted corn, grill corn in husks and remove kernels
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1/4 cup good EVOO*
