A great way to enjoy your garden tomatoes at the peak of ripeness without having to make a trip to the store for fresh mozzarella!
2 large tomatoes (make 8 good slices)
1 T good EVOO*
1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning Blend*
1 tsp good Balsamic Vinegar*
Fresh Ground Pepper & Sea Salt*

Divide the tomatoes on two plates. Sprinkle the spice over the tomatoes, drizzle on the olive oil and let rest a few minutes. Drizzle on the balsamic vinegar and season with a little pepper and sea salt right before serving.
